RETURNS
Our return policy is 14 days from the receipt of the shipment. To return any piece of jewellery, please contact us at info@iraiaaizcorbe.es or through our contact page.

The refund will take place when the piece of jewellery arrives at the workshop, and we have been able to check that it is in perfect condition. We will deduct the initial shipping costs from the refund.

No return can be made for custom-made pieces or pieces that have a special price because of a specific event.

If the piece of jewellery you have purchased is a gift for someone else, you can extend the return period by contacting us when placing your order.
